Welcome to Claw AI Assistant ("Claw AI," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Claw AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

a. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Specifically, you agree not to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights.
• Promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses advanced artificial intelligence models (such as DeepSeek, Grok, Gemini, Seedream, and Flux) to generate text, code, and images ("Output").

• Accuracy: AI is experimental and may produce inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading information. You should verify any Output before relying on it.
• Not Professional Advice: The App is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). Do not use the App for critical decisions.
• Liability: We are not liable for any actions you take based on the Output generated by the App.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of the App are available only with a paid subscription ("Pro Access").

a. Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

b. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.

c. Management

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

d. Free Trial

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding AI-generated Output), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Agarsupaya and its licensors. The Output you generate is yours to use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers (e.g., DeepSeek, xAI, Google, ByteDance, Black Forest Labs).

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Claw AI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes.
