The content provided by this app, including plant identification, edibility status, and culinary recipes, is generated by Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini) and is for educational and informational purposes only.

• Accuracy is not guaranteed. AI can misidentify plants.
• Misidentification of plants can lead to severe illness or death.
• The app is not a substitute for professional expertise.

3. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that foraging and consuming wild plants involves inherent risks. By using this app, you assume full responsibility for your actions and agree that the developer shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or poisoning resulting from the use of information provided by the app.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features require a "Pro" subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Payments are processed by Apple, and you are subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The app and its original content (excluding AI-generated data) are the property of Tri Noviantoro and are protected by copyright laws.

6. Termination
