These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application GPS Camera Map (“the App”) provided by the developer listed on the Apple App Store (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
GPS Camera Map lets you capture photos and overlay customizable stamps that may include location, date and time, map snapshots, weather, and other metadata you choose. The App offers a free tier and an optional paid subscription (“Pro”).
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or lease the App except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Some features require a GPS Camera Map Pro subscription, including (but not limited to):
Billing: Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID through the App Store. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage subscription: Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel.
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable under App Store rules.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

The App may request access to your camera, location, and photo library as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:
You retain ownership of your photos. You grant us only the limited rights needed to process them on your device to provide App functionality.
You agree not to:
GPS, address, map, and weather information depend on device sensors, network availability, and third-party services (including Apple). We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability. Do not rely on the App as the sole source for navigation, safety, legal proof of location, or emergency decisions.
The App, its design, templates, icons, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding except as needed to use the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App or subscriptions in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid anything, whichever is greater, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
